"THE PHASE 4 EXPERIENCE" PACKAGE INFO - Packages are the same for 4 - 4 & 1/2 and 5 hour events.

PHASE4 DANCERS - 2 minimum. All over 21 years of age.
These professional dancers are trained by owr own choreographer to easily interact with all guests, young and not so young.
They also assist in the distribution of givaways, prizes and are resposable, from cocktail hour to the of the party, for keeping the young adults
focused on the celebration.
EMCEE(s) - Our own Male EmCee (A band member) controls the timeline of all activities and handles all formal announcements.
Our own two Female Emcees (Also band members) handle and supervise all games and contests for the young adults .
Since these EmCees are part of the band, they have a lot of experience with these types of parties and will definetely render your event
much more fluid and better organized.
DJ MUSIC - Used throughout the duration of the event. Dj style pre-recorded music is provided specifically for the young guests.
The Dj's repertoire includes the very latest music for which we subscribe to several always up-to-date suppliers.
We advise our young adults to request music in advance of the party so that those titles can be prepared for just their special day.
In all cases these requests are welcome and unlimited!
SPECIAL EFFECT LIGHTING - Intelligent lighting system (2 towers).
EXTRA PA SYSTEM - For young adults cocktail hour, when it is held in a separate room.
FINAL PLANNING - In-house consultation to plan for the final details of the event.
